POSITION: Behavioral Coach

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Provide in-home, behavioral coaching to children, adolescents and families.
• Participate in Child and Family Team meetings.
• Develop age appropriate interventions based on behavioral goals established by the Team.
• Teach behavioral interventions to the client(s), reinforce follow-through and report findings.
• Complete documentation
• Partake in weekly supervision and scheduled trainings.

REQUIREMENTS:
• B.A./B.S. in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Child Development, Education or related field
• 1 year direct experience working with children, adolescents or families with behavioral difficulties
• Some knowledge and experience implementing behavioral interventions
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
